Standard Rooms
Our standard rooms are our most basic rooms on the property, similar to a motel room. Price ranges from $69-$149 depending on the season and 3, 5, & 7 day discounts are available on our online booking system. The Standard rooms feature one queen bed (maximum occupancy is 2 people) or two double beds (maximum occupancy is 4 people) depending on your preference, and private bathroom with a stand-up shower, and all of the basic amenities listed above.
Deluxe Rooms – River View
Our deluxe rooms are much larger than our standard rooms and have many more amenities. Price ranges from $99-$160 depending on the season and 3, 5, & 7 day discounts are available on our online booking system. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. The Deluxe rooms feature one king bed, all of the basic amenities listed at the top as well as the following:

- Kitchenette with Mini Fridge and Microwave Oven

Inner Courtyard Deluxe – Courtyard View
Our inner courtyard deluxe rooms are similar to our Deluxe – River View rooms in size and amenities but they have a beautiful view of our hotel courtyard rather than the river and can be upgraded to the Family Suite A for an additional price. Also, two queen beds in substitution for 1 king bed are available in this room type. Our courtyard has a beautifully landscaped section with a fountain waterfall and creek bed surrounded in trees and flowers and a small foot bridge to our ice and soda machines. Price ranges from $99–$160 depending on the season and 3, 5, & 7 day discounts are available on our online booking system. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. The Inner Courtyard Deluxe features one king bed or two queen beds depending on your preference, all of the basic amenities at the top, and the following:

3 Bedroom Family Deluxe – River View
The 3 Bedroom Family Deluxe is great for families or groups and makes up the entire upper level above the main lounge. This large deluxe room sleeps 6 people max and features three bedrooms each with one queen bed, a full size bathroom with a tub, a kitchenette with a microwave and mini–fridge, 2 TV's with 1 VCR, and a variety of window views that overlook the beautiful trout stream. Price ranges from $225–$275 depending on the season and 3, 5, & 7 day discounts are available on our online booking system. The 3 Bedroom Family Deluxe room includes all of the basic amenities at the top, and the following:
